A new system


One of the most important recent improvements at IRISCROM has been a more efficient reorganisation of our Customer Service System.

 

We always want to be at your side, so that we can offer all the support and information you need, as well as quickly attending to incidents that may occur, responding to your complaints and claims in the most friendly and efficient way possible. Our Customer Service System, part of our overall Quality System, is currently developing a new Customer Restricted Area in relation to our new ERP, the start-up for which we will soon announce.
